Your Role:

Join our visionary team as our “AI-First Demand Generation Leader”, where you’ll fuel our global lead engine to new heights. Leveraging your strategic go-to-market experience, you will build, implement and scale AI-powered campaigns that propel our qualified sales pipeline rocket. If you thrive on co-piloting innovative strategies with large language models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and autonomous workflows, strap in and help us launch into the future of sustainable software. This catalyst position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Visionary AI-Driven Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that harness the power of AI to elevate audience targeting, optimize lead generation, and maximize conversion rates, ultimately transforming our approach to marketing.
• Design and Scale Impactful Campaigns: Own the creation and implementation of innovative AI-powered marketing campaigns across diverse global channels, driving brand awareness and generating qualified leads that fuel our growth and success.
• Author Compelling Digital Content: Design and produce engaging multi-channel creative digital assets—such as blog posts, case studies, and videos—that showcase our value proposition and brand to aid in demand campaign effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate proactively with product marketing, solution architects, our regional client acquisition and success teams, and other departments to ensure we achieve an efficient cohesive client centric enabling process.
• MarTech and AI Stack Ownership: Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools and marketing technology platforms that enhance demand generation capabilities and streamline processes. Keep our stack up to date.
• Data Analysis and Performance Measurement: Utilize advanced analytics and AI tools to track campaign performance, measure key KPIs, and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement.
• Lead Scoring and Qualification: Implement AI-driven lead scoring models and nurturing campaigns that will derive a high conversion rate to a qualified sales lead.
• Thought Leadership and Industry Trends: Stay ahead of AI demand-gen trends. Share insights and lead training sessions.
• Rapid Experimentation: Prototype marketing demand generation tactics boldly, learn at high speed. We reward fearless experiments and fast pivots. Failures aren’t dead ends; they are launchpads for the next iteration.

We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field PLUS 2+ years of AI-centric MarTech demand generation experience preferably within an industrial global software company

OR

• Other transferable academic certification PLUS 3+ years of AI-centric MarTech demand generation experience preferably within an industrial global software company
• AI Tool Mastery Deep hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), prompt engineering, and generative content platforms.
• Data Orientation Comfort with SQL, Python or low-code / no-code ML for building and evaluating predictive models.
• Demand Generation DNA Proven track record driving pipeline in global B2B environments, with lean, AI-powered teams.
• Collaborative Leader Excellent communicator. Thrives in cross-functional settings.

• MarTech Experience
• Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, other) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), equipping you to harness data effectively.
